In his practice, Dr Puah focuses on clear diagnosis, thoughtful treatment planning and helping patients return confidently to daily activities and sport. He believes that good care begins with listening, explaining options clearly, and tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals.
Surgery
Surgery is considered when symptoms persist despite appropriate conservative treatment, or when structural injury requires operative management.
Common procedures include arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilisation and ligament reconstruction.
Returning to Sport
For active individuals, recovery is not only about pain relief — it is about returning safely to sport and performance. Treatment planning takes into account the specific demands of each sport and the individual’s timeline expectations.
Referrals
Referrals from general practitioners, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals are welcome. Urgent cases will be accommodated where possible.
